We all know that the true value of any policy is only realized when its time to make a claim. It’s then, more than ever, that you need to trust your broker to service your needs above all others.
Our in house claims department is trained to take the annoyance off your hands. We can deal direct with your insurance company and follow your claim through from inception to settlement.
Make a claim
Step 1
Do whatever is necessary to prevent further loss or damage.
Step 2
Report the incident to our office within 24 hours (if possible) citing the date, time cause and location of the loss. We will advise you the steps to be taken.
Step 3
Whatever the circumstances, DO NOT ADMIT LIABILITY EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU ARE AT FAULT.
