Information for all claims
All losses or incidents which may result in a claim are to be reported as soon as practicable after the event to Wereck Brokers.
The first notification should be by telephone or email.
When lodging your claim, please provide as much detail as possible. The more complete your claim is, the faster we can process everything.
Make a Claim
Do whatever is necessary to prevent further loss or damage.
Report the incident to our office within 24 hours (if possible) citing the date, time cause and location of the loss. We will advise you the steps to be taken.
Whatever the circumstances,
DO NOT ADMIT LIABILITY EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU ARE AT FAULT.

The first thing you must do is contact us as soon as practical after the incident. You can contact your broker 24/7 or our head office Mon-Fri between 8 am and 4.30 pm.
Your broker will assist you with the forms and any other required documents.
Complete the compulsory and relevant sections and return it by:
