Loata has over a decade of professional experience in financial management, accounting, technology advisory and human resource management. She has worked both in Australia and Papua New Guinea, servicing clients across a range of industries including insurance, tourism & hospitality, retail, construction, higher education, logistics and professional services.
Through her experience with KTK where Loata is the Director – Business Advisory Services, Loata has serviced a number of local insurance household names including Capital Insurance Group, Pacific MMI Insurance and Motor Vehicle Insurance Limited. This mostly entailed either assisting or reviewing account reconciliations.
As a professional, Loata is responsible for all business and technology advisory work, inclusive of data analytics and cloud integration. Loata identifies, implements cloud business solutions and provides Xero software training for a range of clients to meet their business needs.
Her contribution to the cloud accounting industry landed her as one of the 2018 Top 50 Women in Accounting by Practice Ignition.
